1 What is your minimum order and is it possible to offer me a sample?
Our minimum order is $100 value. Samples are available once we are sure that you are real potential customers and most important you agree to pay the sample fee and shipping charge. We can not offer free sample.
2 How to process my orders?
Please select the products which you are interested in and feel free to contact us. You can check the ¡°contact list¡± on our website. Send e-mail to our sales e-mail, including the ID, the quantity, the receivers country etc. Our sales staff will quote you the best price including shipping charge. After you receive our confirmation, you can send your payment via our acceptable terms of payment, upon which we will send by express and inform you the tracking number without delay. After you receive products, please give your feedbacks to our customer service department.
3 How long is your delivery time?
Once we received your payment, we will send goods within 1-2 working days normally.
4 How long will it take the goods to reach me?
Usually, it takes 5-7 days. The shipping: DHL, SODEXI, UPS, EMS, TNT, FEDEX
5 How much is the shipping charge?
It depends on the destination country. Our entire price includes the shipping charge, so please do not worry about the shipping charge.
6 How to check my order status?
Once we have sent the goods, we will provide a tracking number to you, with which you can check your order online. We are also keeping an eye on your goods until they reach you.
7 Can I come to China to visit your company there?
Yes, you are warmly welcome to visit our company, once you are in China, what you need is only one call then we will do everything here for you.

(1) Cancellation Policy: 5% of the total amount will be charged as refund fee. (As required by our process or bank transfer charge)
(2)Return Policy:
a. If you receive the products with outer broken, we will resend them to you for free in your next shipment;
b. If you receive the products with function problems, we will resend them to you for free in your next shipment;
c. If you receive the products with some part problems, we will resend the accessory to you for free in your next shipment;
(3) Shipping Policy:
a. We are currently shipping world wide. The shipment usually made via EMS and TNT.
b. Your order will be sent out in 2 days after we confirm your payment. After we send the products to the shipping company, we will give you a tracking number; you could check the package state in www.tnt.com or www.ems.com.cn in 1-2 days. And you will receive the package in 5 days.
c. Usually, we have responsible for the customs liquidation in our country but not in your country. For your convenience, we have 2 ways for you to choose before you make your order:
(a) We offer insurance in our orders and you can choose whether you want it or not. If you would like to purchase the shipping insurance, we will guarantee the customs in our local and your country, and the items will arrive at your hand safely, and the insurance fee is 10% x the total cost of the order.
(b) If you don¡¯t choose the shipping insurance, we will be responsible for the customs liquidation in our area but not in your country.
